The Peace Corps New York Regional Office recently launched a Newsletter. I feel honored that the good work of WAVES was featured in one of the first few issues. The article tells the story of how a number of great people, a surf manufacturer and Peruvian institutions came together behind a shared vision, and includes some great photos contributed by volunteer photographers visiting the program, including Forest Woodward.
