Frank and Dario, two local guys from Lobitos grace the back cover of The Difference – a magazine for the Alumni of Colorado State University College of Business. Both Tim Rowse, WAVES Development Director, and Dave Aabo, WAVES Executive Director both graduated from Colorado State. Frank, pictured above on the left, works as part of the Community Surf Centre team. Ben Ellis, WAVES webmaster, snapped the photo when he was there a couple of years ago.
