The programs offered by WAVES have matured over time. What started in Lobitos has implications far beyond. Since 2007, the landscape for surfing and social good has also changed. There are more players in the field, which is awesome. However, they could benefit from experience, volunteers, financing and media attention. Our programs aim to connect those dots.
