Simon Sails for WAVES

10 Sep 2015by

Swiss sailor Simon Bruniholz will participate in the Mini Transat donning the WAVES flag on his sails. Crossing the atlantic ocean alone in a 21ft sailboat, Simon wants to bring awareness to the type of education WAVES espouses. He shares the values of passion, dreaming, working hard and determination. Students participating in WAVES programming in Lobitos, Peru will follow his adventure.

To support WAVES, the Swiss-Peruvian artist // painter Chi painted Simon’s boat. Her painting is auctioned here (click to view link). The buyer will not only receive a beautiful piece of art, but at the same time be a part of improving education in Lobitos, Peru.
