Empower Entrepreneurship and Education in Lobitos

23 Feb 2015by

Lobitos local Samuel Chapiquillen wants to use his artistic talent to start a business. He started an architecture program, but because of finances he couldn’t finish. With the money he makes from his business, he wants to go back. Watch the video below to learn more. Empower Entrepreneurship and Education and support him in his campaign.

I first met Samuel a number of years ago when his dad was the president of the fisherman’s union. I remembered seeing some of his sketches and thinking he was really talented. Now it’s amazing to see him grow up with that creativity and willingness to do something with it! Recently he was commissioned to paint a wall on the inside of the WAVES house.

It’s also rewarding to see how a number of people in the WAVES family have come together in support of the initiative. He’s almost halfway to his goal with just a few days left so I suggest you join me in making a contribution to his and get some cool awards! At the same time empower entrepreneurship and education in Lobitos, Peru.
