Getting excited for WAVES Peru’s biggest fundraiser? We sure are! At the end of this month, from August 30th to September 2nd, the 10th annual Ride for the Cause event in on! This weekend long event benefits WAVES and the Summit Foundation. This is an incredible opportunity to bring together two nonprofit organizations driven by environmental stewardship and sponsoring local initiatives for youth education and entrepreneurship. The R4tC program includes a SUP ride (including an Adaptive Surf ride) and raffle, surf and skate workshops, yoga classes, and live music. Check out their website for all the details.

WAVES is currently fundraising for six Lobiteños to fly out to the event, which takes place in Montreaux, Switzerland. All of their accommodations are taken care of, but all they need are plane tickets! Donate here.
